Keith began his career in developmental services over 40 years ago. His initial roles were in direct support of people in traditional settings. In 1990, Keith started at COTA in the Adult Protection Services Worker program. He worked in supporting young people moving out of children’s homes and into the community.

In 1997, Keith began working at Brampton Caledon Community Living as Director of Community Services.  He worked with families to create inclusive supports and gained valuable experience and insights into the workings of a large community living organization.

In 2009, Keith became Director of Membership at Community Living Ontario, where he worked until his retirement in 2019.  In this role, he travelled to every region of Ontario visiting most of CLO's member organizations from all regions of the province where he gained a provincial perspective on the community living movement. Since his retirement, he has continued to consult with CLO through his support of Council.

Keith has lived in Scarborough all his life. Now retired, he is fortunate to have a wonderful family.  He is married to Ellaine and has two grown children. He also has two cats that his wife truly loves. Keith is also a half decent drummer which the cats do not appreciate.
