Judy, hailing from Guelph, Ontario, is serving her second term on Council and has been a dedicated member of People4People at Community Living Guelph Wellington for over a decade. With a commitment to disability awareness, Judy has addressed elementary schools and discussed challenges faced by students with disabilities at the Action Read Community Literacy Centre. Her advocacy efforts span more than 30 years and include advocating against poverty, support for workers, animal welfare, and environmental protection. She is a fervent supporter of small government, aiming to contribute to societal improvements.
Judy's advocacy and volunteer efforts have earned her the Action Read Leadership Award among others. Additionally, she represents the Sunrise Equestrian Learning Center and the Special Olympics as an ambassador. Judy's expertise in public speaking complements her zeal for policy writing, which allows her to influence government policies positively.
