David is from London, ON. He has been a member of the New Vision Advocates for the past seven years and also holds the co-chair position on the group’s executive board. A strong advocate for people with developmental disabilities, David is very active in educating others about issues facing people with disabilities.
He is an experienced speaker, giving presentations to community groups, students at Fanshawe College, King’s College, and to conference participants.
In addition to being a Director with Community Living Ontario, David sits on the board of Community Living London, as well as Community Living London’s Advocacy committee.
David believes in giving back to his community and has been a volunteer at the Glendale nursing home since 2010. He attended Fanshawe College in London in 2008, and received his diploma in the General Arts and Science program in 2009.
A Special Olympics athlete, David works at Windsor Factory Supply in London where he has been employed for seven years.
