The Town of Caledon will have a flag raising and proclamation ceremony. Afterwards a mini reception to introduce the Town of Caledon's Art in the Halls spring exhibit by Brampton Caledon Community Living titled 'Art Beyond Labels: The Power of Inclusion'. This exhibit will run until the end of August.
Hosted by Empower Simcoe's Believe In Yourself Self-Advocate Committee, the Empower Simcoe flag will be raised at Barrie City Hall to celebrate Community Living Month and authentic inclusion for people who have an intellectual disability and their families.
