On May 10, 2023, members of Community Living Ontario will visit the Ontario Legislature as part of May’s Community Living Month. In order to verify food & beverage, security, room capacity, and so forth, we ask that you please fill out this form in full by 5 p.m. EDT on April 28th.
Please note:
- Each individual/group is responsible for arranging their own transportation and parking at Queen’s Park. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for visitors with accessible parking permits. There is no other public parking onsite, so we recommend finding a separate lot nearby.
- Each person/group is responsible for arranging the events of their day, aside from Question Period (10:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.) and the Community Living Ontario/Community Living Toronto (CLO/CLTO) co-sponsored evening reception (5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.). We suggest setting up a meeting with your local MPP on May 10th as you see fit.
- Please arrive early and bring approved photo ID with you, as the security process is similar to that of an airport, and can take up to 30 minutes.
- Names that have not been submitted beforehand will not be granted entry to Queen’s Park, so we will not be accepting last-minute additions or changes.
Please stay tuned for more details.
