A community BBQ to celebrate the start of the Community Living Month and to highlight awareness to inclusion. Staff will be recognized for their years of service.
Cake and Coffee is served to kick off Community Living Month. The Mayor of St. Catharines will be in attendance.
North East Association for Community Living will have their CL flag raised and flown in front of both Town Halls for the month of May.
The Region of Durham is lighting up Regional Headquarters in Community Living Colours on May 01.
CLGS will be hosting a Shine the Light event at the Big Nickel which will have the nickel lit up in CL colours. People attending will be wearing their CL branded clothing/colours, and will be enjoying CLGS cupcakes.
Community Living Upper Ottawa Valley will participate in the Shine A light campaign for CL Month. They'll have blue and green lighting at the office on May 1st.
Shine A Light On Community Living Campaign: The Peace Bridge will be lit in Blue and Green from dusk until dawn.

Brampton's City Hall Clock Tower will light up in Green and Blue for CL Month celebration and support.
Windsor City Hall will be supporting Community Living Month by participating in the Shine A Light campaign on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2024. The building will be illuminated in blue and green on behalf of Community Living Windsor in recognition of Community Living Month in May.
Join Community Living Chatham-Kent at 11:00 AM in front of the Civic Centre. They will be announcing the recipients of The Rob McLandress Make a Dream Come True Fund. The Joyce M. Carr Champion Award will be presented to a local business. A delicious BBQ will follow the awards (by donation).
